John J. Maddox, Jr. – Founder & Managing Director

John founded Infusion Pharma Consulting in 2003 and brings almost 20 years of senior strategy consulting experience to the firm.

A hospital pharmacist and Wharton MBA, John’s consulting expertise is built on a foundation of industry experience which has included executive responsibility for business unit management, marketing research, mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy.

As a consultant, John has provided guidance to senior biopharma executives in 12 countries on matters of corporate and brand strategy, strategic pricing, and external growth.

His clients have included five of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies as well as an array of emerging firms. Several of those emerging clients have gone from start-ups to $1 billion+ public companies.

John is well-qualified to assist senior management in:
